74 Univox Les Paul 59 Flame Top Japanese Crafted...$|
Here we have a VERY NICE example of what Univox of Japan was making in the early-mid 70's. WoW! See the detailed pics showing the quality woods used on this baby...body looks to be mahogany with a Flame Maple laminated top with tone chamber body and wow does this guitar sound great as it looks. Vintage PAF style Japanese Humbuckers and are wax dipped for feedback controll so you can really crank this baby up and has very little chance for feedback unless you get right up on the amp then its on...harmonics, sustain...this one has it all. Looks just like our Gibby Les Paul Classic Plus at a fraction of that cost...This guitars neck is arrow straight and its frets show "0" wear to the eye and plays like butter and soulfull blusy bends with ease. This guitar is a real vintage piece in its own right now over 30 years old and the top looks real clean and back has dings at bottom edge here and there but still over all rated a solid 8.5/10 very good Condition.
