1978 ARIA 5002w - es335 Replica Crafted in Japa High Quality Walnut finish beauty WoW!... SOLD OUT
SOLD OUT: Here we have another great Aria Vintage guitar that just arrived this example is the great ARIA 5002w from the great Luthiers are Aria in the PRIME TIME Japanese Golden Era of Law-Suit guitar making.... as you can see this is the one that is a DEAD Ringer for the Gibson es335 Walnut finish Classic.... with way more similarities than not this Aria is a Great Professional grade guitar we are quite familiar with as I personally have owned at least 6. This example is one of the finest ones yet.. its fully flamed maple top sides & back it is built like the Ibanez as200's in many ways as well we have owned many of those too so the comparisons are true... Thie Aria has a beautiful neck profile nice medium-slim and is correct vintage feel of our 60's Gibson is really great. The neck itself is slick & fast feeling and the tuners still actually do a fine job today. The fingerboard is a beautiful rich looking Rosewood we believe this period era Japan used Brazilian on so many this appears to be one... the inlays are vintage correct celluloid and are vivid looking and aged like one woule expect on a vintage 60's Gibson for instance...Nice touch!.. when it comes to frets & fret work this guitar excells it is a perfectly straight neck and the frets are 100% in excellent original condition with virtually little to no significant wear showing at all = EXCELENT+!.... this neck is a unique combination o set-neck + bolt neck it is unique to Aria's and some Electra's high end 335's ca be found with this unique joint system..it is resonant just as resonant as a set-neck yet if needed ( never seen it needed on Aria's yet) you can take apart and shave or shim as needed to onece again perfect the angles if needed to make the action play as this one does with perfect low action that makes this guitar a pleasure to play. In the TONE DEPARTMENT... this baby has udergone a few major UPGRADES... the abr-1 bridge is newer and the Pickups are Semour Duncan 59 in the Neck and a JB in the Bridge position the favorite combiation of so many guitarists that know the classic sound of these PAF humbuckers the sound classy & warm for great Jazz or bluse tones and it takes pedals well to get any tone you like ... This is the ultimate vintage Japanese es335...its it top players shape and it looks beautiful as well its a true Japanese vintage guitar bargain. Don't you worry she is 100% ready to tour or record TONIGHT! You don't see these often with this Beautiful Classic Walnut finish.
