Here we have for your consideration is a very well built exact copy of a G!8$@n ES 165 made by "Burny " Fernandez Japan the model Model RFA-70. In Excellent used condition. See Pics .. This is the very hard to find and most desirable law suit type model with the G!8$@n correct 'open book' headstock. The Old School G!8$@n style red Lable is inside the F hole it states this is a model RFA 70 'Fernandes, Japan'. I've looked inside the guitar and the blocks fits well and it looks clean in there. The fit and finish looks like a Greco or Tokai Japanese copy and you won't see too many of these outside of Japan. The guitar has had a few upgrades. It's been professionally refretted by a luthier by trade to correct some typical fingerboard issues and now this es165 really plays very well. At the same time he also changed the fingerboard radius to a straight 12" radius and sanded in some fall away at the last few frets now its extreemly nice playing all the way up and down the fretboard and set up like a high end G!b$@n. The frets are superbly preped crowned and polished and are now .095 wide. The truss rod works fine. A new bone nut was properly fit & installed and the bridge was tuned - adjusted for a 4/64" string height at the 17th fret. Intonation is dead on. This guitar has freshly been Set up with a new set of premium grade jazz strings = Thomastik George Benson flatwound .012's. Specs: The lower bout is 16" wide. The neck is 1 11/16" wide at the nut and 2" wide and 0.937 thick at the 12th fret, just like the real one. This guitar is deep - almost 3 1/2". This guitar can feed back some at higher volumes when too close to amp like any guitar like this. The pickup sounds very good and warm and reads 7.5 kohms. This is a pro level player with real quality tone along with its new set up work makes this an easy choice for any player from intermediate to pro level, This one won't kill the budget. These 80's Vintage Ibanez AM series are great guitars this example one of the better examples. Get her before she's gone. .

76 Memphis RARE Vintage L-5 style - super 400 Replica guitar Crafted in Japan...True Law suit Model.. We have had several these Japanese vintage Memphis L-5's in the past and each one we have been very pleased with its sound produced with this large Jazz box body...always quite impressed with the quality of build and excellent woods used to construct these fine players and are under the radar of the MIJ lovers. This guitar is truly a solid value in an excellent playing Jazz box. Not bad at all for its age JVG Condition rated used and 34 years old a solid 8+ to 8.5/10 very good - excellent vintage...not new or mint with some small dings and dangs w/ a minor electrical issue for that reason sold as a project but it is still BEAUTIFUL vintage sunburst looks like the real deal and plays surprisingly well for the handy guy save $. Great tone from the humbucking pickups the bottom appears to be a DiMarzio and the neck is a noiseless Barden type variety old pots a bit scratchy could use a clean up & use. The neck is a slim profile and is set up well and has good action all the way up with no dead spots at all it has Gibson Jazz 12's Ole school flat wound strings on and the tone is wonderful ole G!b$on tribute. The tuners work fine still and the guitar stays in tune well, intonation is good, frets at 80% so issues, bindings all in tact aged to a amber-ish and some checking on the slightly visible yet no significant degrading. Here we have a very rare and Gorgeous High End Japanese Carlo Robelli Es175 offering from the very same factory responsible for Ibanez , Greco and a few others. This one has a Logo with the name Carlo Robelli and was not a cheep export this one was originally released to the UK not the US due to the Law Suit era with Gibson suing Ibanez..over building Exact Copies of their famous guitars designs with exact detail and specifications as well as being top quality players. This Carlo Robelli is one that was built to exact detail of the Gibson made es175 and will not disappoint. This vintage Japanese guitar is 38 years old vintage guitar in its own right a real classic.This guitar has details like fret edge bindings as well a a nitro cellulose lacquer finished spruce top. 1981 Seville - Tokai Factory Made ES335 WoW all AAA Premium Mahogany This is not a Gibson guitar but it is an ole " Law Suit " model with the familiar classic Open book headstock that has been gibbfied it does look like one but it clearly is a very High Quality Japanese version of the Classic es335. This is an outstanding example of a VINTAGE Quality crafted in 1981 Japanese ES335. This guitar is made of ALL PREMIUM AAA MAHOGANY with a Chevron Flamed front & Back wow see the pics for that detail. This 28+ year old vintage guitar is extremely well crafted its fit & finish is exactly what we come to expect out of the high dollar Tokai's, Greco's Orville's etc... and this example is flying under the radar of the other big dollar Japanese & American made counterpart ES335's although made just as well and plays like a dream and sounds like a professional grade es335.. Here we have an ALL ORIGINAL ** 14 year old Japanese Ibanez AS180 Semi Hollow body in Classic Violin Burst finish it looks like Nitrocellulose Lacquer ...and is absolutely gorgeous Glass like appearance.. Here we have a quite beautiful es335 Gibson style Replica guitar. I was so impressed with the look the feel & its playability so much I thought I would buy it.I believe these to be the best from JT... OK this is from the first year I ever say or heard of JTerser that was back in 2000 so this guitar I purchased it new and have had it "on ice" that is to say out of circulation completely for over 10 years...so where as this guitar in all actuality is new it is also actually vintage ... well almost vintage..its just 10 years old but its made to look & feel like a real vintage es335 a very good Gibson es335 replica with out spending a small fortune like say some others... This one has a great med-slim neck and its Fast and very EZ to play...that is a huge plus...the action is excellent...all the way up no buzzing no dead spots..the width at the nut is the standard 1-11/16's like most of the best 335's...The electrons are all working great these PAF style humbucking pickups sound real good and you can easily go from nice sweet Jazzy tones to gutsy grind of the blues...Its also great for straight out rock... or even Rockabilly too... very nice tone+++ OK this is really a new guitar but it shows some age a few minor scuffs and some very minimal hardware tarnish ( possibly could polish out ) but I like the vintage looks the way it is and wil leave that to the new proud owner...but hey it is 10 years old and is to be expected...that being said its condition is JVG Rated at 9/10 its very good - excellent used condition no cracks of major chips or anything like that... she's a sweetie pie.. .
