Workmanship and materials with somthing to prove to Martin a little too good perhaps as Martin pheased in Korean made then China made today... Dont confuse this with the others this is the Top pf the line from Japan in 1981 nearly 39 years of aged tone woods... Many Japanese factories-used aged tone woods from 20-30 years in some cases this guitar has the beautiful Rosewood...

cosmetic very good - excellent vintage used condition and well above the average condition of average 39 year old guitar... Well cared for all these years in a great original hard shell case as well.... Action is low and plays easily with great joy to hear
