This beauty is the one that HAS the Gibson open book headstock shape the one with the A over A headstock LOGO .... the one with the ABR-1 bridge adjustable intonation because this is one of the first to get the upgrade of the ABR-1 tunamatic bridge
So you can dial in each strings intonation dead on, also the one with the nicest pickguard authentic down to the detail this was the hay day fir this Golden Era of wonderfully crafted instruments out of some of the most beautiful woods of the times. This one also has the correct vivid and aged fingerboard inlays made of “pearloid” just like the period Gibsons ... over a rosewood fingerboard that looks like exotic Jacaranda Brazilian rosewood, this guitar has stood the test of time and still shines up beautifully, with a JVGuitars overall vintage very good -excellent condition rating easily 8/10 not new or mint of course she has ONLY A FEW minor scuffs or doinks but nothing major at all and she plays with ease with very good and low action. This is a great one!. She’s easy on the eyes too.
