KORINA flying V 58 korina OldSchool Luthier Built in progress
This is in process before neck has been set it has since been set and curently ready for finish.
Built from some beautiful white limba orherwise know as Korina wood body and neck as the originals are 100% korina no veniers used in its construction. The fingerboards are old stock from 1940s reclaimed furnature Brazilian rosewood procured decades ago. The inlays are actual 1960's Gibson Pearloid from 1962 and are same as the originals and look naturally aged.
Pics are post neck set and pre painting which will be a natural patina nitrocellulose lacquer finish aged ... as will all its parts be aged accordingly
