Here we have THE REAL DEAL! This is A Rare Custom Color "Sonic Blue". body with a sweet Brazilian Rosewood fretboard and the old clay dot position markers and is in very nice shape for being 40+ years old. This baby still has the Original Spaghetti logo intact and YES it still has its very nice Original GREEN GUARD and looks amazing on the blue body,no plastic back-tremolo cover plate on this one. The Original hardware is still there and is still working well, The orig Kluson tuners are here,all 3-staggered pole black bottomed yellow stamped original pickups are here and sounding better than ever, ..upon inspection just 2# pots were changed at that time and those reflect "1966" orig cts... Original Tone cap even the 3-way switch is still there, the old pat-pending saddles show some age rust but are still nice & the tremolo block is also its original. This guitar does come with its 1964 Vintage Hard Shell Case as well and is in prety nice shape too... This guitar is Rated "very good+ cond" and is at least a solid 8.5+ As this guitar does show some play wear, minimal dings ect...not all so visable in these pics and some checking, slight fade to color, some white prime show threw etc. ..This strat plays like butta with the greatest of ease and sounds just about as good as it gets. JVGuitars is very proud to present to you yet another wonderfully aged High end Law Suit guitars out of Japanese it is a hand crafted acoustic guitar built well almost 40 years ago, what many may not know is that Takamine on these high end exotic tone woods models were master built by using well aged tone woods of 25-30+ years of age at the time when built making this a true vintage guitar in its own right. This example has been very well maintained and taken care of as you will see, this is a California guitar and has not seen much of the ravages of extreme weather and other extreme changes that can damage 0 warp dry our and Split crack and otherwise severely damage a perfectly good instrument so this guitar shows no evidence of any of those common afflictions on the contrary this guitar is rather CLEAN over all,Its beautiful solid spruce top is pretty flat and its bridge is nice and tight as well and its bracing ( same as Martin D-28 ) is all good throughout so this guitar has good bones!, bindings too are all good, frets are good and we dressed and polished the frets and they are good for another 20+ years of play, its neck is excellent!..
Fresh install of a new Martin bone nut and compensated saddle and this guitar is set up with Martin Marquis strings and plays beautifully. The original tuning gears are in place and working excellently too. This guitar is a pleasure to play its action is very good at medium - low more on the lower side of medium and it plays with ease and sounds incredible and has even more saddle room to go lower in future if wanted . This guitar has the LOOK it just has it
its absolutely GORGEOUS with the breath taking 2-piece center seam Brazilian Rosewood back & sides - fingerboard and headstock overlay its truly stunning ,as stated its exotic TONE WOODS are of the Brazilian Jacaranda verity and its presence overall is stunning perhaps surpassing that of the Original Martin D-28 they copied/ I will suggest that you be the judge of that see for yourself and have a good look At some old Martins as well this guitar stands toe to toe with any of them. This example is nice and deep sounding and its volume is excellent. This guitar is JVGuitars condition rated at 9/10 vintage excellent , it is not new or mint it has a few minor dings as its over 40 years old, it has patina aging that of the color showing on the bindings have Ambered naturally with age this is what make a vintage guitar beautiful this is in the eye of the beholder. These exotic TONE WOOD series guitars in this kind of condition are hard to find these days this one is A real GEM!

I'm a big fan of the old 80's Vintage Japanese guitars as well as the US vintage guitars in my private collection and I have a great respect for what the greats from Japan were doing back in the early 80's with this in mind on this line and price point of Tele's I build I am using Japanese Gotoh hardware and vintage Tele pickups also by Gotoh... like an old 80s vintage Tokai Breezysound these Paislies will have a great and familiar classic tone. Here is a wonderful genuine vintage 1966 Black Faced SUPER Reverb amp. This amp as an interesting history besides the Cesar Diaz master gain mods done back in the early 1980's if you haven't heard of Cesar he was famously known to be Stevie Ray Vaughn's amp tech during this time frame. This amp had toured back in the 1980s with the professional Robert Cray group. It's toured and.been around the world and then some modded back in the 80s by amp guru Cesar Diaz and has been my main all round amp since I acquired it in 1995. It's something special as it has the heavenly classic tone with an edge it has the great England made Celestian Speakers in a 2 -12" configuration that changes the voice in a way and it truly sounds so great like this I never given a thought to put this back to its original 4-10 speaker config I have a couple other BF Supers with the std config and I really love this Diaz amp. It does the smaller venues great with that master volume you can really dial in your tone at lower volumes very nicely. I used it at home to it can do the Princeton Reverb sound at lower volumes pretty well and was quite nice for recording as well. This has been my amp for the past 20 years I hate to see her go but I have not played it that much at all the past several years it's just collecting dust her and that's a shame so it's time to let her go to some pro that wants this awesome cool blues machine. It's overall condition is pretty darn good it's sounding good right now but it honestly has been sitting unused and has collected a bit of dust so electronics could use a bit of cleaning I just ran her for an hour early she starts right up and is pretty quiet but when turning pots I get some. Low volume scratchy sounds then it settles down when not touching the knobs I turned the knows vigorously back and forth and that quieted it down and that's a clear sign of needing deox type of pot cleaning probably could use a tune up but it's tubes are good it's sounding good and strong and awesome and reverb is lush as can be. It's in very good shape overall. Not new or mint of course this amp is 49 years old and by the sound of it good to go another 49 with proper maintainable and care. Woodwork is very solid and 100% tolex is 8/10 pretty darn good for a 49 year old with a history.
I was just luck and at the right place at the right time when acquired this amp from a family member back in 1995 outside of another music store that low balled the seller I gave him what he wanted and never regretted it.
Neither will you it's a very cool amp and she's also EZ on the eyes!
